I had received a verbal offer from slalom build but today the recruiter informed me that I have been put under ‘offer eligible’ status. Should I still keep any hopes?

It has been almost 2 weeks since I joined KPMG Global Services, but I have not been assigned any project yet. They are telling again there will be client interviews. What the hell is this? I mean I just cracked the interview to join KGS. And now again why do I need to attend interview? What happens if someone cannot crack client interview?will he not get project and will be asked to leave?

Is this normal? Have only 2 interviews for my on-site and then would have another “informal chat” with VP if I pass on-site before sending to HC, haven’t read of anyone else with this experience

If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. Are either the annual or the quarter bonus performance based?
