I had to say goodbye to a precious dog today, but this job will always be a gift. I'm thankful I can be there with them and support them during their difficult moments.

What a heartbreaking meme! So true though, I'd rather be in the veterinary field than deal with people.

Yup, agreed with this post. I am living my dreams everyday working with these lovely fur (and furless) babies

Hi everyone, would like to know the Bowl's thoughts on this:
I am a recent MBA graduate who has joined one of the cloud computing firms. It's all good. Loving the new job. But I would eventually want to make a move to Google. I am a project manager and would like to know the opportunities at Google for me in the future. What skills should I have? What roles should I look out for and when would it be best to switch?

Hi, been stuck in the contract analysis/review cycle. I have asked a few recruiters how to make a lateral move into in-house. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Now that I have, are there any sites besides “jobscan” that I can use to make sure my resume fits the job descriptions? Does anybody know any recruiters that could help me, as well?

I have billed 4+ hours today helping a partner prepare a 10 slide PowerPoint for a board meeting tomorrow. Let’s say half of the time was fixing spacing and formatting. I really don’t care as I am billing all of it, but am I wrong in thinking this is unjustifiably too common and a waste of time?

Please comment your YOE, Tech Stack and Service line.

I'm currently at 38L(Fixed) working with Deloitte USI, cleared all the rounds with EYGDS. I am asking for 30% hike only which will be 49.5L(Fixed) and that too they are saying out of budget. This is strange!!!

Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Feeing very lost but I want to improve my approach.
