If you are thinking of starting a law practice or growing one with little or no capital, you need to get the book, “Starting & Growing a Law Practice without Breaking the Bank.
It was written based on personal experience and research. I started my practice 11 years ago in the middle of the 2008/2009 recession with about $500 and I have grown the practice significantly over the years using affordable and available resources.
I also coach solo practitioners and small firm attorneys. https://www.amazon.com/Starting-Growing-Practice-Without-Breaking/dp/1099523303

Be careful with your car if it’s a rental. I’ve gone twice with friends who, both times, parked their car on the street in front of restaurant valet and were victims of a smash and grab (everything was locked in the trunk). When I had a car in San Fran I kept it in the hotel parking unless I was driving to/from well outside of the city (aka Napa). The cops said people recognize rentals and they’re the primary targets, and no one does anything about it.
Can confirm, I was hit twice
If you’re up for a short hike there is a very pretty trail going from GG bridge to Lands End. Best if it’s sunny. Also fun to get a bike and bike over the bridge to Sausalito and take the ferry back. Top of Lyon Street steps is a great spot for pictures. I actually think the Alcatraz tour is very well done too. Sales force park is surprisingly nice too.
Going off above, in the north bay - Mt. Tam is one of my all time favorite spots in the bay. You can drive almost to the top and there’s a short trail to the peak, where you’ll find gorgeous panoramic views of the entire Bay Area. Seriously stunning.
Drive to Napa or Sonoma for a day! Park downtown and Uber to a couple of wineries, have a nice meal in town to sober up before you head back.
