I have 2 years of IT experience as a DevOps engineer.
My current company, a premium partner of ServiceNow.
When I joined, they had DevOps projects, but for the past 1.5 years, I have been on the bench.
I've seen my colleagues grow significantly in their CTC through ServiceNow.
Despite interviewing for DevOps roles, I've faced rejections.
I'm confused about whether to switch to a ServiceNow developer role in the same org or elsewhere, or seek DevOps roles elsewhere.
