I have 4 year's of experience in business Analytics and currently joined one product based company where I'm part of operation work team. It's been only 3 weeks and feeling like this job doesn't add upto my last experience.

What should I do ? Is it ok to switch again. But company is great.

I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

My plan is taking classes to deepen my knowledge while joining and actively participating in communities to find collaborators.

Does this approach make sense or do you recommend other approaches? If it makes sense, do you have any recommendations for classes or communities?

How many of you were direct admits to Partnership? From other consulting firms, or from industry? Was it a lateral move, or a step up/down?

It used to be the case that you could never say anything in the slightest negative about your old position/employer/etc when applying for a new job. I left Audit at a midsize firm to join KPMG erp implementation consulting about 6 months ago. So far they seem to only want to staff me on projects with a heavy focus on technical accounting and audit.
