I have 8.5 YOE. 4 years on AIML.

my current CTC is 17LPA.

my expected CTC is atleast 30 LPA.

I recently gave interviews to Deloitte USI and EY India and

EYI is offering 28 LPA - 23 Fixed and 4.5 as variable,

while DUSI is yet to release the offer letter

DUSI portal is showing Offer in Progress.

How can I negotiate with these companies?

and also looking to hear from the employees of these companies

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?
