I have 14+ years of experience in same organisation and I am working as techno functional sap scm architect in Pune product based org. My fixed compensation is 24 and total is 26. I am looking for next role which could be senior sap scm architect or BSA role in supply chain in orgs like Google/Nvidia. Which of the two is a better option and what package should I expect in market. 24 lac in 14 years is severely underpaid but that's the price I have paid for staying in same organisation.
