I have a Bachelor’s in accounting and MBA in Finance and can't get away from the same position for over 6 years! I'm not even a senior accountant. My former employer outsourced the accounting dept which put me in a sticky situation buy many former co workers are doing great! Becoming seniors, VPs, manager's and we all started in the same position. My work ethics is lacking because of it. Recruiter refuse to help me switch industries as well. I feel like Everyone is making 6 figures but me!
