I have a friend who gets offers from: IBM, Accenture, CapTech Entry level - similar salary between the 3. Which company should she accept the offer? Thank you

Accenture for the win. Then try to transfer to LLP like a lot of AFS people I know.

Accenture for federal.

AFS gets a lot of shit but it really ain’t that bad. Better hours, no overseas devs, and can be interesting work if you find the right project

Which group? For Accenture there consulting and there's strategy and there's AFS

Depends a lot on the client. Federal usually means a role on 1 account, so find out what that account and project is. Captech might have better mobility as they also do work outside of federal. Accenture is great if you want experience doing large scale tech delivery.
