Being only 10 minutes long, this is likely just a recruiter screenings to see if you are a good enough candidate to get your CV in front of the hiring manager. That's not to say that you won't do well, just setting expectations.
In almost 7 months of unemployment I've had 5 interview, 3 for roles that would be a great fit, and 2 others that I am well-qualified for, but would be a step down in title and salary. All conversations/interviews went well, and all 5 times the role went to someone else. Do not stop applying until you have yoir new employers laptop in front of you. Even of you do get thos job, keep applying for a better fit.
For a 10 minute phone screen, keep it simple: have a 30 second intro ready, 2 specific examples of reliable work, and a clear reason you’re interested, even if it’s mainly location and stability. Keep your resume and 2 questions in front of you. If you want to rehearse out loud beforehand, Aural can run a quick mock phone interview: https://aural-ai.com
