I have a Offer from VOIS , but with news of Layoffs recieved couple of days back, I am confused now, I am trying to get another offer now, but should I join VOIS or not?@_VOIS

Got 3 offers which one i should choose please suggest.
Current CTC in IBM - 11Lpa
New offers as below
Cognizant - 18.7LPA (18Fixed +0. 7 variable)
TCS + 19.5LPA (including fixed , variable and retention bonus)

Wipro - 20LPa ( including fixed and variable)

With so many layoffs and the strange uncertainty of this industry right now—is anyone scared to death?

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
