I have a product mini case interview scheduled with Cap One for a Sr. Associate position, and the recruiter was supposed to have sent me the prep guide 3 days ago but never did. I followed up and didn’t receive a response, and now it’s the weekend. Maybe the recruiter is OOO, not sure, but can anyone provide good insight into what I should brush up on? I wanted to spend the weekend going over the prep guide, which I haven’t received yet.

I have 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant. I am pretty burnt out and I would like to switch to part-time work. Do you know about any consulting company that offers part-time positions which are actually part-time (meaning you are not expected to check your email also on the days you are not working)? Feel like I missed the boat years back to get into Director of Product role. Back in the day there was only Senior in between a Director role, now there’s Lead and Group levels, so much hierarchy now.

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?
