I just received an offer from a company I was interviewing at. However, they are rushing things and asking me to sign the offer letter ASAP.

Can you please guide me on how do I use this offer to get an even higher total compensation? Do I accept the offer and then appear for other interviews? Do I tell them to wait? Need guidance.

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more.
