I have 1 one year old and have told my husband that I want to get divorced. He is being immature about the process and is just trying to make everything difficult. Sometimes he says he will move out, then he says the baby and I should, sometimes he says he wants custody when the real reason im leaving is his lack of interest amd resppnsibility toward our family. Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. How normal is it to be pulled off a trial team because you tell your boss you are moving after trial? I have a trial coming up first week of Oct. This case has been my baby, and I’m going to try it with my boss. I tell my boss up front that, for family reasons, I’ve gotten a new job and will be moving to another city two weeks after trial will likely end. He then gives my trial witnesses to another attorney, but is still going to make me do grunt work. Is he unreasonable or am I?

Thinking about divorce. Wife had an affair 3 years ago that I haven’t been able to move past. Been married 11 years and have two kids though. Restarting individual and couples therapy before I pull the trigger. Anyone else been in a similar situation? Should I blow up the family if I can’t get beyond this?

Sadly this is where I ended up (going through divorce with 6mo infant). Abusive spouse wants shared custody when he doesn’t know a thing about taking care of an infant.. any advice would help re custody or divorce as well. We are not in speaking terms

Are there any mothers here who voluntarily gave primary custody to the kids father? I love my children fiercely but tbh I don’t think I’m cut out to be a single parent. As a divorcee with a kid, i find it extremely hard to find friends who can relate, or even making friends as it seems there’s a stigma attached to you because your relationship didn’t work out.
