I have an interview tomorrow for a Fractional Controller role and I have no idea how to price myself. The recruiter asked for my hourly rate, and I don't want to lowball myself, but I also don't want to sound delusional. How do you calculate your worth when you no longer have benefits? Do you just double your old hourly rate and hope for the best?

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?
