If you really want to work there, and you see the benefits and working there, I would accept the position and look for temp Work in the meantime.
I have the interview today and one for a different hospital tomorrow. I really want the position for the interview tomorrow which is why I wish I applied for prn so I could work both.
I will add you can always accept and keep looking
I'm waiting to hear back from a different hospital already after interviewing and I've heard back from everywhere I've applied. It's not going to take long for at least one offer.
Rising Star
October isn’t that far away considering some people take 3-6months or more to secure a job. I’d do the interview and see how the process goes. You can look at temp work in the interim if needed.
It is and I made sure to say that I'm open to it. I liked the interview a little too much and this is going to be a difficult decision.
Keep your options completely open. Accept the role, stay where you are, and keep interviewing elsewhere. 1. The October date can be pushed out further, or they can rescind the offer closer to opening 2. 4 months is not that long...you can consider a leave of absence too while there 3. You just may find another job that you like even better.
