Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

What would you do in this situation?

What is the ROI after doing MBA from non Premier tier 2 institutes like NMIMS, GLIM etc. (Exclude IIM ABC, ISB, IMT etc)

Not planning to do that as i already have crossed 8 YoE and moved into Consulting without PG.

Someone close to nme wanted to know and i have no clue what's the fee, curriculum these days.

My current YoE 7 and CCTC is 8.5 . Tech Stack is MSBI. I have seen colleagues left and got ~20LPA package. But though having excellent technical rounds companies are saying we can offer you upto 16LPA(I have seen that highest) dur to low CCTC. My expectation is 18LPA fixed but didn't able to get till now. Basically I use to opt out if I don't get 18LPA. Trying since last 3 months no luck. Is there any way to get that desired amount by not showing any offer in hand ?

I had 2 technical interview rounds scheduled in Deloitte USI for Data Scientist role on the same day. They went pretty well. What can I expect after clearing the second technical round?

I have 2 offers
1) Capgemini which is using the technologies which I am currently working on but in AWS. Also it provides a chance of learning DevOps as well.
2) Wells Fargo which has no scope of cloud and using the same technologies which I am currently working.

Salary difference in hardly 45k.
