I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

I had recently joined a big software security company located in Bangalore (I'm working remotely from NCR till October). There is too much work, timing is normally more than 12 hrs, everyone including manager remain online till atleast 11pm. Sometime he pings too.

Has the WFH made you more productive or less productive and is it a heavy toll or you can bear for the rest of your life or not.

I know for people with 5+ exp is it good as they can be with family but what about the people like us whom covid hit at the very early stage of the career.
