Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I see people with multiple offers (5+ in multiple occasions)....A lot of deserving people should have been kept on hold or rejected because of those offer hoarding individuals.

But honestly i don't blame them for this.... It's becoming a culture these days and i also believe that those IT companies deserve this last minute dropout....Their rude HR don't even care to pick up calls or update a candidate and leave them hanging in most of the times.
