Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. I need help, my manager is asking me to come to office and saying if I don't come then there would be consequences. I have already resigned and my last working day is in mid Dec (60 days of notice already served).

I told him I can't relocate because of family and financial constraints (because my father is not well) and that's the reason I have resigned.

He has asked me to drop a mail stating the reason of not coming to office.

Please help what should I write in the mail?
