Is it worthy to leave KPMG and join Axtria?
Salary offered : 21 L fixed
CCTC: 11.8 fixed
Tech stack: Tableau, Power BI, SQL
If i stay in KPMG, i will reach out to a figure close to what I have from Axtria. This will happen through salary correction and yearly appraisal.
If i consider this, will it be a good decision to continue with KPMG ?

I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. In technical round there was a case study to create visual data sheet and present it to technical round.

It went good they asked couple of questions and showed that at some point it lacks of continuity and rest thing is good. I have been told we will discuss and send details to HR and you will get update within few days. What are the chances that they can hire me ?

My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?
