JPMorgan Chase & Co , I have an offer from JPMorgan Chase and I sort of verbally accepted b/c I like what they're offering overall as the package but now that I'm thinking about it, is it too late to ask if I can get a sign-on bonus? I am taking a lil pay cut just to close the gap before I officially accept in writing.

It's worth a shot. Verbal is not binding, and both parties know that. But in the future, I would always be careful to say, "thank you, I will review this and get back to you." That's always the best way to respond.
When did you receive the verbal? How much of a sign on would you be asking for?
You might as well. I doubt they'll pull the offer over it. That said, the best time to do this is obviously before accepting anything, even verbally. How much are you thinking about asking for?
You could try it, if you can find a way to get it into the conversation. I would assume it would be awkward to bring it up. And you might want to be cautious about doing anything that might be perceived as unserious.
