recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is

It depends on the experience, but this is weird as someone who worked with Dxc that your former manager is asking you to rejoin Dxc.
Since, you have an offer of 20L please try to negotiate for some more. Else, go with your new company.
