I have an offers from EPAM Anywhere and KPMG.
Does EPAM Anywhere is still firing the employees?
- I have epam in my mind because of remote.
- I have kpmg in mind because of brand value.
Does relocation without borders from epam is worthy benefit to employees? Or company just attracting the employees ?
Frankly speaking I'm in a confusion now, after reading the comments on epam in fishbowl.
I'm all ears for the suggestions and responses.

Epam is risky. Kpmg has a better wlb
big 4 in India are famous for bad wlb
There is nothing like relocation in Epam
Don't join if you want to work with latest tech stack as most of projects are on legacy
Yes still they can fire if you aren't able clear three to four client interview
I am in EPAM Anywhere for nearly 2 years now, as similar to any company layoffs happened and similar to any service based org your experience can change based on the project you get assigned to. For me, the experience has been great and yes it's a legacy project but I have ample time to learn new technologies outside of work. The work life balance has been good and since it's remote I get to spend more time with my toddler from the day he was born. I don't know if I can say its a risk but if you like remote better to choose EPAM anywhere. One last thing I have never faced any politics or had any micro management as in other companies prior to my experience in EPAM..
You are happy cos you got project otherwise joining EPAM anywhere is spoiling your CV. Now I have asked to resign. Interviews are not tough but the feedback we get from staffing side is… “sometimes client is too picky”.
But our cv is spoiled right by showing a job of 3-5 months. 3 months of actual job and 2 months if you accept to go with notice period.
