Does EPAM Anywhere is still firing the employees?

- I have epam in my mind because of remote.
- I have kpmg in mind because of brand value.

Does relocation without borders from epam is worthy benefit to employees? Or company just attracting the employees ?

Frankly speaking I'm in a confusion now, after reading the comments on epam in fishbowl.

I'm all ears for the suggestions and responses.

My ex is oppose to my family member staying in the same house and decided to serve a notice to vacancy. However, I live in CA (community property state), and both of our names are on the title. I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.

Guys.. just a headup.. dnt join epam anywhere .. they dnt have projects.. they are re-evaluating people again .. same technical interview of 1.5 hours ... Not sure wat is the outcome of the technical interview after geeting offer letter n joining epam.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
