Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

That’s an SM role at EY or Accenture or KPMG band 10 (if you can get the D and go in as a partner it’s better)
It’s a landing pad for many it isn’t up or out from
There and the next one is the hard promo (former Band C)
At a Deloitte ornPWC or any of the MBB depends where you come in but could be a manager or an SM equivalent
Stay away
Assuming you’re a senior manager at EY, it is the same rank - maybe an experienced senior manager. Nobody can answer “is it worth it” without more details except for you. Long term upside is probably lower.
I was an AP at IBM. Probably the best exits I’ve seen have come from folks at that level. I exited to MD level in a big multinational corporation. Worth noting the comp is terrible and the bonus doesn’t pay out consistently unless you’re dedicated to an account that’s really making their numbers. You aren’t eligible for deal bonuses otherwise. I wouldn’t agree to it unless you were confirmed to be dedicated to an account, and those roles don’t come by very often.
