I have been an administrator for about 10/years I have been in my present job for a year I have missed out in the annual rise because I have made a few mistakes. I have just found out that I'm dyslexic, I am sending out a lot of emails in this role, in my previous jobs I didn't need to email, which is why this has only come to light now I am using Grammarly which has help me, I think that with some of the money I have saved the company I have been victimized bue to my soellng.

Anybody else noticed recruiters are only proactively reaching out about hybrid/on-site roles nowadays?

It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.

I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.

I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit.
