I have been dealing with worsening adenomyosis for 3 months and treatments have not worked, so I am considering surgery. I relocated for a senior role, but the severe weather has made my symptoms worse, leading to sick leave. I asked HR to work from home during painful episodes but was told I must be onsite due to my position. I recently saw a posting for my role and I am worried about losing my job in this job market.
