I have been interviewed and selected for a role in EY UK. The status of my job application is “congratulations on receiving an offer from EY”.
However I have not received any email yet.
Can someone confirm which team sends the final offer coz the HR is saying that he has processed everything from his side.??EY
Hi Fishes, I am here to ask your help , i gave an interview to Tata Capital and selected for the position but the HR is not contact me about the salary negotiation or anything. I was called the HR and they said they didn't receive manpower approval. I have hardly 5 days left to join the new organization. What can I do ? Now the hr is not lifting the call as well as the interviewer also not lifting the call.

My advice is to request medical leave. I was at Deloitte for a long while and did not need to request a leave but I assume They have a robust medical plan like PwC where I had to take a significant time leave due to major surgery. And I am sure the job posting is not your specific job! Godspeed recovery to you
I’m sorry you’re going through this. I had surgery 10 years ago for endometriosis and fibroids, and had issues for years prior to surgery. I wasn’t in such a senior role back then but still relatively senior, and found it very difficult. I’m not sure what you’re asking specifically but just wanted to share that I empathise and understand, and hope you find a path through this. The chronic pain is so debilitating and it’s hard to do an intensive job at the same time, especially when worrying about job security.
Go to your medical doctor and see about getting a medical leave and get treatment for it. I had chronic pain and endometriosis and cysts. My male doctor told me it was premenopausal and I would suffer thru the pain monthly. I started getting chronic inflammation and hives daily. The pain was intense and I seeked out and found a female gynecologist who helped me with a hysterectomy. No more pain, hives or hormonal problems. Never stop advocating for yourself
