Curious to know if I’m being unreasonable in expecting my next Senior BA role to pay in the $110-130k range in the DC Metro Area.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to break into this field as a mid-level commercial litigator? I was thinking of taking the CIPP-US test but would that be enough to get some interview traction?

Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. My dept has 2 directors. One is so rude. The other ignores the issue. The previous HR director told me to report any issues because she was building a case (not appropriate info to share, I know).
