When you're switching industries or careers, it's super important to show how your current experience can really boost your impact in the new roles you're going for. Also, reach out to the hiring managers for those positions, and in your cover letter, explain why you're passionate about the new field and how your diverse experiences can contribute to those roles.

This is one of the jobs at great risk due to AI. Are you sure you want to make the pivot now? Last one hired, first one fired.

This is true.

Do you have any ability to do some contract UX/UI Design work on the side? Perhaps build a portfolio as a 1099 employee?

Hi guys, Could you please help me out on what to be filled here, I've 3 years of experience and I don't think I would be falling under gratuity that will be '0'. But I'm not sure of what to be filled on "Leave Encashment Exemption". I've 170 hours of leave balance. My HRBP dose not respond at all I've been trying to contact her from weeks and there's no response to any of mails nor pings on teams. I really appreciate you for helping me fill this?

Hey there!

So that’s the first time I am in a role where I am trusted to chose platforms and services to use, and I am overwhelmed!
I work for a B2B company, and am searching for a platform where I can monitor seo, and manage social media primarily.
I’m obviously looking at hubspot but what other platforms (combined of individual) do you like most?

Wondering if any 🐟 have recommended resources on setting up initial consulting business thru an LLC.

Who was the best President in the modern US history? Someone asked me this question and I didn’t have an answer

To the lender counsel that forgot to mention they needed original signature pages for a deal that closed early this year and decided to chase and harass me a day before thanksgiving and a day after thanksgiving multiple times. F*ck you. I don’t know what is driving your lack of courtesy but I have represented the same bank before and know their usual original signature requirement.

Tried this Santorini retailing for $40. Very concentrated but can’t say I was blown away by it. Volcanic terroir dominates almost to the point of obscurity, and it had strong lemon notes, hints of quince, and sea salt. It clashed with Mexican food (hey I knew that beforehand but didn’t think it would clash THAT bad, and usually pair Mexican with Riesling or Gewürztraminer) but I’m going to Greece soon and wanted to drink Greek wine. I drank half at a BYOB, took the bottle home(cont’d)

Anyone have any friends who successfully pivoted out of advertising? I know a handful of people who are half-trying to, but I can’t think of anyone who has made a clean break, on their own terms, into something that appears to be making them feel more fulfilled than they were in the ad biz. So they continue freelancing in order to make a living, while not gaining much traction elsewhere.
