Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

Disclosure-yes. But, more importantly-will be your documentation of your disclosure. You can give clients and prospects everything you're supposed to, but if you don't keep a detailed and easily provided record of your actions and conversations- you'll be chum for the lawyers who are waiting at the starting gates.
Think about those innocuous conversations you used to have with friends, family, clients and potential clients over drinks, at social functions, while playing golf, watching the game (whenever that may be in the future) or even over lunch.
They say, "I'm retiring this fall. What should I do with my 401k?" In the new Reg BI & CRS world, your side of the conversation cannot include rollover advice. or IRA suggestions unless you provide them the required disclosures PRIOR to or at the time of your advice. That could put a chill on the next few holes while you steal the cart to race back to your car for a few handouts or get everyone's email and dash off the disclosures while you whisper "hold that thought."
No. In actuality, most folks will defer investment related conversations to a future time/appointment when you can "cover all the things your friend should consider and disclosures they should be aware of before making any decisions."
Lawyers and IT run everything
How are your firms handling how you can get disclosure to clients? I was surprised my firm is only allowing email of the crs if the client emails us and requests it. Otherwise it’s mail fax or in person. Might be tough to get a prospect to email me requesting.
Clients aren’t reading this bullshit.
