i have been interviewed in EY GDS, post that i didnt got call from HR, they just have sent me multiple mails to upload profile in their system and asked me to send some documents like adhar, signed form etc.
Its been two weeks now havent heard back anything from HR, written multiple mails but no response.
I was employee referal n he was saying my current status is BG in progress but i dnt get any call from HR to confirm my selection
i completely dnt understand whats going on, is this normal??
