I applied to a job opening on Accenture site on Nov. 16. Around Dec 16, my profile got rejected, without any calls or emails. I was told that I could apply only after 6 months. So, I replied on May 20th (6 months from Nov. 16). I got a message saying that the profile already exists. So, I waited for some more time and applied on June 18tg. This is the message I got [We already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources] How long do I still need to wait?

They keep me even during good years, under water during bad ones. Rough times right now. Really hope the economy stabilizes soon, but I'm not banking on it.

For the most part they keep you even, it's tough when the inflation doesn't match the rise.

I mean you have to go after it or there is no incentive for the company to give you more than 4%. Let it be known you want more.

I relate to this. A raise that only matches inflation is maintenance, not progression. I now judge growth by skill expansion, scope, and optionality, not just the headline percentage.
