I have been working in a big 4 consulting for 8 years. Recently, I got an offer from boutique consulting firm with 26% hike on fixed pay. I’m getting a role upgrade too, but the same is also expected in the big 4. Should I join this new firm, considering I’ll be losing out on benfits of a large MNC?

Hello folks, I’m after some advice please. I recently bought a couple of indoor plants and added to the cart what I think is a very expensive bottle of natural mist to use on the leaves. All organic, glass bottle etc. supposed to use it 2-3 times per week but 2 weeks in I’m down to half a bottle and it was £15 (approx $20). I'm the main POC for our largest client in India in FMCG, and it's our 4th year without a challenge. I'm one step below CXos of the company and two others are in the same level as me.
