I have cleared all interviews for Deloitte TTC- Senior Consultant. What is the expected salary that i can expect

Took a lump-sum pension payout from my last employer and looking to deposit the amount into an IRA account at Fidelity. Hoping this knowledgeable community can guide with couple of questions I have:
1. What kind of IRA should I open at Fidelity - i) Rollover IRA or ii) Traditional IRA?
2. Is this transaction considered - i) Direct rollover or ii) 60 day rollover?
