I have completed 6 years first 2 years as data analytics and last 4 years software developer, what position should I apply to microsoft. Idea is to get placed at microsoft. I dont care about sde1 or sde2. what would be adviced here? can I apply sde1 as well if interview went well, will they depriotize as I have already 6 years of exp.

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. For 2 positions (Core AMS- Staff & GDS.SaT_VME_BVals_Analyst) it's showing "we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process" since July 1st. It's been 10 days, but no update/email/phone calls. Can somebody help?

We had a Sr. Manager depart from the team and I, among my other teammates, have been working to cover the void. I applied to the Sr. position but was told it would be another year before a promotion could be offered. Considering current responsibilities, work performance, and personal ambition, I feel comfortable in believing that I should have been considered. I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)
