I have completed HR round with GE healthcare on Aug, 2024. It was informed that I have selected for the particular role. It been 2 weeks after the final discussion, still I didn't receive offer letter. Recruiter is saying some approval is pending due to spin off GE healthcare from GE. Does anyone recently got offer from GE healthcare.

Should I offer phantom stock or form a subsidiary LLC and issue stock in that but always own the parent co? Or just offer carried interest for deals they each manage?
