My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. What is annual salary increase for SA at Alvarez and Marsal? I applied for director role but offered SA since I have extensive industry experience but no prior consulting. I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. If 15% increase reasonable for SA or only with promotion?

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel

Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative.
