I have e signed my Accenture offer letter but not getting option to Accept/Submit button on workday portal and hence offer letter is still in To Do list. Have anyone faced this issue? My POC is not responding to me. Can someone from HR help me?

HR called me day before yesterday and preponed it to 26th, later today she called and saying that due to high volume of candidates, the Onboarding is freezed and so my candidature is pushed to September 5th.
