I have elementary aged kids and a low stress government job, but it requires me to be in office until 5. I’m really wanting to be able to pick them up earlier than 5:30, take them to activities, etc. Has anyone found a way to make private practice work where you can log off around 3/4 and block family time until early evening? Former litigator but open to switching practice areas

Job opportunity (mgr title, 4-6 yr exp needed) in Internal Audit (w/ data analytics exposure) at one of the largest private companies in Chicago.
