I have experienced as a junior accountant in my country around 3 years, I know how to use accounting software, AR, AP, reconciliation bank, transfer payment and etc. Then i move to Australia but it’s hard to get a job in accountant because my degree not from local uni and my experience from overseas. What do you think i can do to get at least one company to hire me in accounting job?

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
