I have given interview in atnt for senior billing associate on 3rd party payroll and asking the salary approx 8-8.5LPA even I am good match because already did work for same client in previous organization.m.. so they called will check what best we can offer you because manager told me that they dont have 8lpa ka budget... anyone suggest me till how I can negotiate for same my current package between 5-5.5lpa including all... and yesterday they called for documents for bgc..

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
