I have attended an interview last week which had both Technical and Manager Round. The next day, I got mail from a HR to upload the documents in iBegin portal and then the documents were 'Verified' later. Even after 4 days the status in iBegin portal still says as "Candidate registered against job". I am not getting any response from the HR about the current status.

Does this mean that I am rejected? I am confident that I have performed well in the interview.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? What is the notice period in Infosys for JL3 (I have joined infy last year in january as a fresher, jan2021 and training till april)

Need advice. I have received many calls from the companies but none of them are even scheduling the interviews. They say my current CTC is out of their budget. I even said that I am ready to negotiate based on their company budget as my priority is relocation near to my hometown. How can I convince HRs to at least schedule the interview and the salary discussion can be done at a later stage. Some companies have already discussed the final salary but the interview is not yet scheduled.

Can we negotiate the notice period in offer letter from 3 months down to 2 months? Anyone tried it before?

My manager always appreciated me, and to others also says i am doing this work etc and doing so good. Over appreciating i feel though. He always took care if i needed anything, didn't force wfo, salary also he made sure i get timely hike. How will he feel when i resign, how can i survive my np.
