I have given my 2 interviews with Capgemini. My 2nd round i have given on 31st oct and i got selected as well and done with HR Discussion as well. After that HR told me now my offer letter will go for BU approval then she will release the offer letter. Now its almost more then a 3+ week i didnt get any update. Also in there portal its showing we are currently reviewing all applications. Does anyone faced this situation ? if yes will you got the OL or they are just making us fool ?

Anyone left FIS Global within very short duration after joining like within 6 month or less than that ?
If yes what was the reason to leave that ? So that could understand cons of FIS.

Or anyone can help about Cons of FIS Global joining ?
