Where can I find openings in Deloitte Monitor and Strategy&?
I see S& openings in the PWC careers page but I think those are all part of PWC AC. Do they have an India practice? Deloitte Monitor I can't find any either but I suppose that's because there are no openings

Hi Fishes,
I have been with TCS for 16+ years now. Currently Iam serving notice. The higher offered packed is not very great but still is 80% hike and is from Publicis Sapient .
TCS is trying to retain me and giving slightly less package but also offering CON promotion with which it will almost equal the offer. It's really confusing now. Is Publicis Sapient a better option or continuing with Tata Consultancy ?

Hi dear.My msg may be bit long but try to read.
I do understand being married ,choosing partners, where you are coming from. I understand what is going on in your mind. Society and people saying character good, army background comes with discipline, everything picture perfect. Your thought may be- not fitting your look match, army means staying away from family life technically.Every person like you have right to choose life partner. But dont choose just becoz he is loosing hair. Choose and see if his life definition & family commitments are aligning with yours. Talk to him and understand & discuss the life openly you are going to spend and expectations. Baldness can be fixed just like hair transplantation like salman or you can accept him as is just like sonali bendre(cancer patient when she lost her hair due to cancer and become got full bald ). Life is about acceptance and life partner is about walking together on same page. If you are not on same page, doesn't matter he has hair or not. Think on it.
You will have a wonderful life as a army wife. Otherwise ,you will marry an IT employee with salary who lose both hair and job in few years due to Ai .
I highly recommend to re consider your choice and marry that person . I am advising as a married male.
Thank you. I will surely consider that aspect as well.
Please don't marry him. He is going to lose more hair and having a wife with your mindset (the need for social validation) is not good for him/you. Please spare him.
If you want to marry him, accept he is going to lose more hair and ensure you are ok with it. Else don't go for it :)

At this point I don’t want to judge but I have to. Reverse the situation and if a guy would have posted this kind of situation by judging a girl with her appearance and so then most of the people would have blasted their comments with racist, patriarchal mindset and so on but when a girl is clearly judging a man with physical appearance rather than looking at his character then everyone is explaining her and supporting in her decision. This is how I see society is completely inclined towards one gender and so does our mindset, law, judiciary, policy maker and everyone and yet only mens are always targeted.
Please don't tell this is not there with males. If not then why r 95% of Indian males 3 to 4 shades darker than their female partner n u all know there is clear dowry system in India

Are you 100% perfect? If you are getting 90% good traits, then why chase perfection? I think you would have your answer.

If you can't handle your toxic relatives, then no one can do anything or tell anything here..
Always go with someone who is understanding not over looks.
So true…!!
You already rejected the guy already in your heart. , why ask others
Pro
Don't think too much about relatives. Even if you marry a prince, they are going to mock. Your decision should be based on what you feel about him.
Kuch toh log kahenge.. logonka ka kam h kehna..
Thike by your own perspective.
If his attitude is good then no issues.
Society will keep you blaming even if you do good or bad things.
Once you done with your marriage everyone will say..."Accha Hua"..
Who said people don't look good without hair , look at johnny sins
Or Jason Statham, Vin Diesel
Don't go for him. Don't reproduce with bald guys, we got enough of those already.
Let them go extinct
I am an army full colonel ',s son and I have been an infantry army officer "s son. Yes he may loose more hair but he would be strong like me as army folks focus on fitness a lot. Army guys are not paid very well and don't get any bribe so they are a bit miser...since they are fit n strong they are flirty too. All other things are good
Army se hain. Character / Loyalty / Passion sab mein average Indian se better hi hoga. If you are physically not turned off by him, aankh band karke aagey badhiye. (Physical attraction is important)
Meet him and gauge as a person /fit for yourself first though. No one will be able to judge long term sustainability more than you.
Its easier to grow hair than chivalry, humility and physical fitness. Now make your choice. Besides he can give you free tabla lessons on his head if that’s what your calling is
Look for permanent things like loyalty, support and love rather than external thing which will go away after a point of time..
I can understand your confusion. You like everything about him expect his hairline. While looks fade with time character, discipline and fitness does not.
It’s natural to want some physical traits in your partner but don’t center everything around only this trait. In your case, you feel he has good character and you are confused. Hair can be transplanted at this day and age. Try to talk to the groom about this, bring it up in a way that doesn’t sound like you are putting him down.
if it’s just the hair that’s bothering you - see if it’s something that you can overlook over a period of time - so spend some time with him and see how he feels about it. But if the hair is bothering you sooo much that you can’t see him as a partner- it’s best to walk away. If you are worried about society judging you for marrying someone bald - don’t be!! You’ll be out in society rarely but you’ll be with him 24x7.
Don't worry about the baldness, yes take it as a permanent situation, but if you like the overall person, think you can be mentally compatible and can share your life in the same roof. Go ahead. Marriage needs a lot of adjustments, as someone who's married for many years now, take it from me. Once kids come in, you will be super busy. All the best!
Baal to fir aa jaayenge... try Tyara 😂 So it should not be a reason.
Good for it should not think much whenu get good profile
You can tell him to apply for hair transplant or wig he can wear problem solved
