Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

Few people in this bowl, will always tell everyone not to join in this company. I have been working in this company for 1.5 years now.
These guys of this bowl will post layoffs news every month… using words like sink sink, run away etc. but those guys will never leave this company nor this bowl.
So this bowl is basically not the right place for your questions.
You can check previous posts from this bowl, these guys will never even allow someone ask for referrals.
Just FYI, I was also from EY, BNY is way better than EY in all aspects.

The people who stay in BNY for around 10 years are sore losers as they don't want upskill nor put in the effort to find a better job so they are just sucking it up and lying low happy that they have a job in a Mnc ! 😜😄
Job security is good. Go ahead and join. Most managers are good barring a few who only play politics and will only get their favourite people to the top without any merit, but that exists everywhere in any company. So probability of you falling under a good team is high. Go ahead taking the offer. They have very good benefits in terms of medical, creche, paternity,etc. BNY also as a whole is too big to fail. So don't worry when people tell the ship is sinking. I believe these people are the people who are insecure about you coming in and getting to the top with lower experience. All the best.

Never join in this role
The management s..ks, they will make your life hell and they fire random people even high performers for without any reason. Job security not there. Typical call centre people have joined as Managers.
Hi, is it the post senior Associate data management and quantitative analysis for pune location? If yes how many rounds of the interview you given and how many days it will take to hear back. I was given 2 interviews, till now no reply. In the candidate portal it's showing as Interview in Progress. Thanks
