Anyone lateraled at the 2-4 year mark from boutique (40ish lawyers, corporate lit work on same level as biglaw, making top NY pay) to v100? Can you say anything about the experience? My employer assigned a tax consulting company in India to support me in filing tax, somehow the tax consulting firm found that bank account via AIS document (not sure how they get it in that doc), as they found some interest credited for that saving account. I need some help. I have 3 YOE.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
