I have joined the company as a FRESHER on 11 September, 2025, become full time on 11 December 2025. And till now no project.
Was kept in training pool, manager said don't look for project, learn (trained as SDET in C#), u may not get project for 365 days.

Transferred to msbu, new manager says can't give projects to all, more than 800 on bench.
I am applying on my own, but am facing rejection everywhere, saying they need experienced candidate. I am frustrated, like what more am I supposed to do

I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do. Is your firm treating 12/26 and 12/27 as firm holiday since the 24th and the 25th are during the weekend this year? Of course client demands would dictate whether people will be working, but curious what the official policy is.
