One of my friend got offer letter recently where it is mentioned to report at office location for completing onboarding formalities ? Is Capgemini not conducting virtual onboarding after april 2022 ?

I've been struggling since February to get my WFH setup in a way that works for me.

I live in a 2br apartment with my partner so clearing the extra bedroom of distractions (we used it as a video and tabletop gaming room) was an easy choice.

Unfortunately my productivity is much lower than it ever was at the office. I don't really get distracted at home, but I'm not getting as much done either.

Anyone else still stuck like this?
My company doesn't provide budget for home office either :/
