I have over 7 years of AML experience and my last position was in leadership which required coaching level 1 Analysts (75 % of my metric scorecard) and even included facilitating training refreshers. I was a known sme and am very familiar with all steps of the process from multiple angles (wealth, retail bank, credit cards). Obv I was trained by my prev employer but I have noticed in my job search that many want CAMS certification. Should I get certified? Is it worth $ just to prove my worth?
