I’d like to take my wife and I on a nice trip and would be awesome if I could get all the flights and stays covered on points. If possible I wouldn’t mind an update either.
See note from P1 below. Give us the breakdown and we can help
Give us the breakdown of points you have, and we can make suggestions from there.

For Marriott, I think one of the best point redemption deals right now is the new (opening September 1) Le Meridien Maldives. It’s a category 5, so you could get five nights for 140k points, and the base award redemption is for an overwater bungalow. For a short trip domestically, the Alila Ventana Big Sur goes for 30k Hyatt points/night (you can transfer 1:1 from CSR) including all meals. Paying cash, rooms there are $2,000-2,500/night. It can be tough to find award availability, however. No phenomenal sweet spots for AA miles, but Africa is pretty solid at 75k each way in business class using the new Qatar Airways Q Suites.
Fscebook has a few groups that will help you maximize if you post there.
Best tip for Marriott, if you use points at one hotel/resort for 5 nights the 5th will be free!
CSR is 1.5x if you book travel on the chase site. But don’t sleep on the transfer partners (if you can utilize them/find a steal).
Best value for Amex points is transferring them to a travel partner and redeeming them through that partner.
Best value for Chase UR points is transferring to Hyatt. Best value for Amex MR points is transferring to an airline for long haul B class or 1st.

Y=economy, J=business, F=First, R=Singapore Airlines (SQ) Suites (previously the Concorde booking class). There’s no consistent designator for premium economy. These are based on the fare buckets/RBDs airlines use, where each of those represent the fare bucket for a full-fare ticket in each of those cabins.
